Founding Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for both technical and business stakeholders
  • Build and refine scalable outbound sales processes, messaging frameworks, and qualification standards
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic partners and key customer accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and engineering teams to influence product positioning and roadmap direction
  • Utilize modern AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and optimize workflows
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Help establish foundational sales culture and best practices within a growing organization



Qualifications

  • 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services environments
  • Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity and ownership
  • CRM proficiency, preferably with HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows, automation tools, or enterprise implementation environments is a plus
