Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for both technical and business stakeholders
- Build and refine scalable outbound sales processes, messaging frameworks, and qualification standards
- Develop strong relationships with strategic partners and key customer accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and engineering teams to influence product positioning and roadmap direction
- Utilize modern AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and optimize workflows
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Help establish foundational sales culture and best practices within a growing organization
Qualifications
- 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services environments
- Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity and ownership
- CRM proficiency, preferably with HubSpot or similar platforms
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Experience with AI-driven workflows, automation tools, or enterprise implementation environments is a plus
