Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships with new clients, and retaining existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, creating tailored solutions, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in client management and relationship building
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to create tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in the copy/ print industry and or computer and network security industry is a plus
