Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Generate and manage outbound pipeline through proactive outreach
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
- Build strong relationships with healthcare and enterprise stakeholders
- Drive pilot programs through successful conversion
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to source opportunities
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales processes and playbooks
- Help shape the foundation for future sales team growth and operations
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity target
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles
- Proven history of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to manage deals independently from sourcing through close
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and proactive sales activity
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software is a plus
- Willingness to work in-person and travel for conferences/events as needed
