Jack Laurie Group is hiring an experienced Skilled Tile Finisher for commercial projects throughout the Indianapolis market and surrounding areas. This position is focused on the finishing side of tile work — grouting, detailing, caulking, punch work, cleanup, and ensuring the final product meets high-quality standards before turnover.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay productive throughout the day, and help keep projects on schedule. Leadership qualities are a plus, but not required.

Pay

• $25–$30/hour based on experience
  

Responsibilities

• Grouting and finishing commercial tile installations
  

• Caulking, detailing, and final touch-up work
  

• Completing punch-list and closeout items
  

• Cleaning and polishing finished tile work
  

• Assisting with layouts, cuts, and prep as needed
  

• Maintaining daily production and jobsite expectations
  

• Communicating professionally with field leadership and other trades
  

• Ensuring finished work meets company quality standards
  

Requirements

• Previous commercial tile finishing experience required
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  

• Strong attention to detail and pride in finish work
  

• Must have own tools
  

• Reliable transportation and attendance
  

• Ability to work in active commercial construction environments
  

• Leadership qualities and crew experience are a plus
