Join a high-growth AI startup in a dual-rotation fellowship designed for future founders and sales leaders. You will spend six months rotating through business development and internal growth operations, working directly with founders to scale revenue and talent pipelines. What You Will Do

• Execute full-cycle outbound sales campaigns to research accounts, launch outreach, and qualify customer conversations for the revenue engine.
• Spearhead talent growth initiatives by identifying top-tier candidates and developing creative engagement strategies to scale the internal team.
• Design and run rapid-fire experiments across go-to-market systems to optimize how the company acquires both customers and world-class talent.
