As the eighth hire, you will architect the distribution engine for a life-saving AI platform. You will build high-trust acquisition loops and seamless onboarding flows that bridge the gap between clinical excellence and premium consumer design. What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end user journey, designing beautiful, high-conversion funnels that make complex medical onboarding feel seamless and safe.
• Launch organic growth engines including caregiver referral loops and programmatic SEO strategies to capture high-intent patient traffic.
• Deploy AI-driven marketing tools and standalone utility products that act as lead magnets while providing immediate value to patients.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building high-velocity growth loops at premium, high-trust consumer health or D2C hardware companies.
• Exceptional "design taste" with the ability to use AI and modern code generation tools to ship high-fidelity products rapidly.
• Deep user empathy and the ability to craft messaging that resonates with individuals navigating high-anxiety medical journeys.
