Join a high-caliber team as a founding engineer building the intelligence layer for public safety. You will architect AI-powered systems that transform how law enforcement collects and acts on information. From intake to investigative search, your work directly improves community safety by replacing legacy static forms with autonomous, adaptive tools for detectives.

What you will do:

• Architect and build core features across reporting, case management, and intelligence products using React, Node, and Python.
• Design robust RAG workflows and production-grade LLM implementations to handle unstructured narratives and multimedia data.
• Collaborate directly with law enforcement practitioners in the field to refine workflows and validate product usability.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong full-stack background with 2-10 years of experience shipping AI-powered products in production environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with modern web stacks and applied ML technologies like vector databases and embeddings.
• A product-focused mindset with the ability to navigate security requirements, including mandatory US citizenship for clearance.
