Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, expanding business within assigned regions
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Deliver product or service presentations and negotiate to secure new business opportunities
- Assist with shipping coordination and warehouse-related tasks
- Participate in trade shows and industry events, with travel primarily within the U.S. and occasional trips to Central and South America
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual business level proficiency in English and Spanish are required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Interest in developing expertise within an international business environment
- Availability for travel, including domestic trips and international travel to Central and South America
