Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales growth within assigned territories, focusing on offices, restaurants, cafes, and distributors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Conduct engaging product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase product value
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to align with both company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and share market insights with leadership
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build partnerships
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry
- Familiarity with beverage products and related equipment is a strong advantage
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, events, and business development activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
