Responsibilities:

- Promoting and selling the company ’ s products and services using excellent sales skills and customer service, whilst upselling and ensuring the successful conversion of enquiries.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical and commercial support for products and services via email, telephone, face-to-face and online meetings.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations on customer specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with Area Sales Managers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Support Area Sales Managers with customer specifications and quotations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company ’ s products, pricing, and market positioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain long-term relationships.
- Collect and share customer feedback and market intelligence with the Sales Director and Sales Manager.
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of our products.
- Process sales orders in line with our company procedures.
- Translate sales-side knowledge into marketing outputs for advertising, PR, and exhibitions.
- Utilize AI tools to create design concepts for catalogues and websites.
- Plan and manage exhibitions, promotional items, and novelties.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in design creation (personal or professional); proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Interested in some AI tools.
- Strong self-learning attitude and proactive approach.
- Positive can-do mindset.
