In this role, you'll own revenue forecasting at the contract and customer level. You'll build and refine scalable models, explain variances to leadership, and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, and Product teams to turn massive data sets into clear, actionable insight. What You'll Actually Do:
- Own detailed revenue forecasting and modeling at the contract / customer level, incorporating ARR, bookings, renewals, churn, and the full install base into short-term and long-term forecasts.
- Analyze large, complex revenue data sets to identify trends, validate assumptions, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for finance leadership.
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes with revenue reporting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606.
- Partner with RevOps and IT to enhance revenue data integrity across CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and the annual budget process, including scenario analysis and model enhancements.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue analysis, or related financial roles
- Strong background in enterprise B2B software/SaaS, including recurring revenue and ARR
- Hands-on experience with ASC 606 and multiple revenue streams (subscription/SaaS, perpetual, on‑premise, and professional services)
- Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to build and maintain complex financial and revenue models using large data sets
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM and billing systems, Maxio and NetSuite a plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Where and How Much:
- Target Salary: $125K base bonus
- 100% Remote / Must be Denver based
- Unlimited PTO | 401K with company match
