Why this job – SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with a dynamic team to support accounting and finance functions during month-end close. Responsibilities include creating financial statements and reports, processing journal entries, and analyzing and reconciling account ledgers. You will specialize in inter-company billings, property valuations, regulatory forms, and tax filings. Additionally, you'll contribute to process improvement efforts aimed at leveraging technology. What You'll Actually Do:
- Responsible for supporting accounting and finance operations around month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles, and the development of internal and external financial statements
- Collect and analyze diverse financial data to reconcile accounts, prepare complex ledger entries, generate reports, settle inter-company receivables and payables, and conduct property valuations
- Develop margin reporting for cost of goods sold, including both detailed reporting and presentations to management
- Process improvement as it relates to accounting and systems
- Ad hoc analytic projects
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA preferred
- 3 years of public audit or combo accounting experience required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- SAP/Large ERP System experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels
- Highly motivated and collaborative worker
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation up to 95K 10% Bonus
- Hybrid – Tuesday-Thursday in Downtown Denver office
