- Navigate Systems Evolution: Partner with the team during an active CRM system merger, helping to streamline data flow into QuickBooks Online.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience: 11 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Industry Expertise: Strong construction accounting background is a must-have to navigate the unique billing and subcontractor structures of the industry.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency with QuickBooks Online is essential. Experience with CRM systems or an ERP implementation is a major plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a fantastic advantage (though not required), as many national subcontractors submit invoices in Spanish.
- Soft Skills: A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, proactive communication habits, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
