This is a newly created role within a rapidly expanding construction supply company headquartered in Belgrade. With operations spanning multiple states, we continue to grow each year through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion—making this an exciting time to join our team!
As part of this role, you'll report directly to the Controller and take on a key role in various accounting functions, including month-end close, AP/AR, financial reporting, and job costing. You'll also play an integral part in the integration of newly acquired companies into our financial structure. Plus, with our company's ongoing investment in cutting-edge technology, you'll have the opportunity to help implement and leverage new systems to enhance efficiency.

What You'll Actually Do:
- Lead and oversee all accounting functions for the parent company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, maintaining smooth financial operations
- Develop insightful financial reports to support senior leadership in making strategic business decisions
- Conduct job cost analysis and prepare detailed reports to optimize profitability
- Support inventory management while monitoring and controlling expenses
- Implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
- Integrate and leverage new technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Take on new projects and challenges, contributing to the company's growth and evolution
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 3 years of experience
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial processes
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Strong critical thinking skills with a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind processes
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $80-$85K
- Onsite in Belgrade office 7:30-4:30 and half-day Fridays
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% employee coverage and 75% for dependents, 401k with matching
