Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. The Bartender will play a key role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy with retail math and basic math skills.
• Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, take orders, and process payments accurately while demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Contribute to creating a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs or hospitality settings.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly, including knowledge of food safety protocols related to beverage service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings such as bars, restaurants, or catering events.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are essential.
