In this full-time role as a Project Coordinator you will be part of a small close-knit team working for a busy construction company.
The Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist project team members with the following tasks:
- Document Management on Procore (RFIs, Drawings, etc.)
- Ability to read drawings in CAD
- Record meeting minutes and create meeting agendas
- Coordinate design discussion calls between JRE, EoR and customer
- Track deliverable deadlines and maintain record of design deliverables
- Maintain log of design drawings review comments from customer
- Request and maintain design drawing review comments from internal JRE reviews
- Maintain design lessons learned log from comments received from field during construction
- Reach out to vendors to get specifications on JRE procured material on projects
- Assist with handover of project from design to construction phase
- Review and maintain current specifications and documents for owner provided major material
- Assist with drawing reviews
- Perform initial material takeoff for major JRE procured material
Candidate must be able to communicate professionally with various project stakeholders, have a good work ethic, be assertive and be a quick and motivated learner. Must be a multi-tasker, organized and able to manage several detailed processes at a time. The successful candidate will have construction knowledge, and electrical background is preferred.
Wage:
This is a full time position. Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, paid training, company-match 401K, discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
