Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with design, budget and schedule, while assuming responsibility for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Prior project management experience, estimating and electrical installation experience, knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, job costs and manpower, is required. You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving, innovative and proactive strategies and leadership skills. You will also need to spend time in our Mt. Pleasant corporate office during the pre-planning phase of the project.
Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, company-match 401K, and discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
