Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team! You will act as the central hub between sales, the installation and service crews, and contractors and the homeowner.  You are the main administrator responsible for facilitating constant, clear, and professional communication between all stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. This position is the foundation of a successful project and your communication across all team members is very important.

Responsibilities

• Streamlines office communication by triaging incoming calls, resolving basic inquiries or directing to appropriate department
• Creates and maintains daily schedules for installers and service teams
• Maintaining contact with customers regarding scheduling, project progress, material selections, and payment collections
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
• Assigning specific crews based on their skill level and equipment needs.
• The job packet is digitally complete
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely fashion
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
• Creating and processing sales orders
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is critical
• Excellent organization and customer service skills
• Adaptable to change and ability to streamline project work
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1 year's coordinator experience
