J&R Collision Centers is a local, independently owned collision repair shop that has been a staple in the community for over 10 years. We are looking for a dedicated team member to welcome, support, and assist our loyal customer base. Now hiring a Front Desk Customer Service Representative.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Excellence: Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing professional and supportive service.
- Estimating Support: Utilizing CCC One/Management Systems to assist with computerized estimating and file management.
- Office Coordination: Managing a fast-paced workflow using Microsoft Office products and maintaining high organizational standards.
- Decision Making: Using sound judgment to resolve customer inquiries and support the production team.
What You Need to Bring:
- Industry Experience: Collision repair or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in CCC One is a preferred but not required.
- Computer Literacy: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Reliability: The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Available schedule to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
