Job Description

Fast paced Tucson CPA firm needs IMMEDIATE Administrative Assistant Receptionist. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service to all clients
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Assembling tax returns
  • Sending out mail in a timely fashion
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Process payments from clients

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will be the first impression of the office and must be able to uphold company standards
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Knowledge of Thomson Reuters suite of software a plus
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be energetic and have can do attitude
  • Professional
  • Good phone skills
  • Ability to switch tasks to accommodate clients needs
  • Must be organized
  • Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
  • Must be computer literate and have the ability to work with 2 screens and many programs
