Property Administrator
Onsite – Hazlet, NJ
FULL TIME | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting at $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of a tax credit residential property
- Ensure compliance with all LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports
- Ensure high standards of customer service
Qualifications:
- 1 years experience with HUD and tax credit/LIHTC properties
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
