Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Branchburg, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers while working with measurements and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service via phone and email
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with placing and tracking orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and product inquiries
- Accurately enter customer data and order details into internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Assist with measuring and verifying product dimensions—strong math skills required
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and measurements (basic math proficiency is a must)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with data entry and basic computer applications
