Area Supervisor – 2nd Shift

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to supervise evening cleaning operations for our Baldwin office. If you have experience in commercial cleaning and know how to lead a team, we want to hear from you!
Job Type: Full-time Hourly
Wages: Starting at $21.00- $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
*40 hours per week
*Monday–Friday | 3:30pm–12:00am
*Floater weekend rotation once every two months
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support cleaning staff during the 2nd shift
- Conduct inspections and guide team on best practices
- Handle client feedback with professionalism
- Maintain supply inventory and safety protocols
- Perform fill-in cleaning shifts as needed
- Monitor and deliver supplies
- Train employees
- Inspection of cleaning equipment
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Supervise cleaners, building leads, and area leads
- Report to the Operations Manager

- Team player
- Leadership experience
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
- Commercial cleaning experience a plus
