Our Prefabrication Operations team delivers innovative electrical assemblies that improve safety,quality, and productivity while supporting projects nationwide.
We are seeking a Safety Manager to support our prefabrication operations in Lanham, MD, Sterling, VA, or Centreport/Fredericksburg, VA. This position offers stable, year-round work and the opportunity to help build a strong safety culture alongside highly skilled electricians and manufacturing professionals.

Our prefabrication facilities manufacture electrical assemblies and equipment used in large-scale data center and commercial construction projects. Working in a fast-paced production environment, our teams focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to support the safe fabrication of electrical systems that help power some of the most critical infrastructure projects in the country.
What You'll Do
- Lead and promote a positive safety culture throughout the facility.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver safety orientation and equipment safety training.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Support safe operations involving forklifts, material handling, heavy equipment, electrical systems, and work at heights.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Maintain safety documentation, training records, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Partner with facility leadership to continuously improve safety performance.
- Build strong working relationships with employees, supervisors, and operational leadership through a coaching-focused approach.
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of safety experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, warehouse, or prefabrication environments.
- OSHA 500 certification, CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, or other relevant safety certifications preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of safety training, certifications, education, and experience will be considered.
- Experience conducting safety training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and professional presence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Experience working around skilled trades, manufacturing operations, forklifts, or heavy equipment is preferred.
