Position Summary

This role involves reviewing customer requirements and developing accurate quotations for fabrication, tube bending, welding, machining, and assembly projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review customer RFQs, drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and customer quotations using company systems and CAD software.
- Analyze material, labor, machine, tooling, and outside service costs.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to determine manufacturing requirements and production methods.
- Maintain quote data, records, and estimating documentation within company systems.
- Support quote revisions, engineering changes, and cost updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure quotations are accurate and completed within customer deadlines.
- Manage Customer Accounts
Qualifications
- Experience in estimating, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing knowledge, or business skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems and CAD software preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
