This is an office based role for a seasoned professional who thrives in managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and architects, and driving outcomes with minimal supervision. From material take-offs to budget tracking, your expertise will ensure timely, on-budget, and beautifully crafted homes and renovations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple residential construction projects.
- Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and quality expectations.
- Conduct material take-offs and coordinate material procurement to match project schedules.
- Maintain budget tracking and report variances to stakeholders.
- Manage permit filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate subcontractor relationships and evaluate competitive bids.
- Interface with clients and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation of RFIs, change orders, and job costing.
- Continuously educate yourself on innovative products and evolving construction methods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management and construction field experience in high-end residential construction.
- Strong working knowledge of carpentry and broad construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in construction software and digital project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

- Must have experience with high-end residential construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $7 million.
