What You’ll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing, edging, and blowing
- Pulling weeds and applying weed control
- Trimming shrubs, bushes, and small trees
- Leaf cleanup and debris removal
- Cutting back overgrown areas (blackberries, ivy, etc.)
- General yard cleanups and property maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Good work ethic (not slow, not rushing—steady pace)
- Pays attention to detail
- Can follow instructions and work with a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to work 8–10 hour days
- Experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
Pay
- Starting at $21 /hour DOE
- Opportunity for raises based on performance
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday (10-hour days)
- Consistent weekly schedule
