What You'll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll help maintain high-quality commercial landscapes throughout the Eugene area by:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and maintaining commercial properties.
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
- Performing pruning, seasonal cleanups, weed control, and general landscape maintenance.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship to our clients.
- Following company safety standards and equipment operating procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset.
- Landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment is a plus.
