Job Title: Occasional Handyperson
We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking individual for occasional handyperson work. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for a student, or someone with some handyman, painting, yard work, or maintenance experience.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, as-needed hours (evenings (5:00 p.m. on) and weekends (all day) preferred.
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly on Tuesdays
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting (paint sprayer experience preferred but not required)
- Minor repairs and general maintenance
- Hauling and transporting materials (truck available if needed)
- Organizing garage and storage spaces
- Unloading and spreading bark chips
- Yard and property clean-up
- General light labor and organization tasks
Qualifications:
- Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous experience in handyman work, construction, landscaping, or maintenance preferred
