What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Service Coordinator position at J-Berd?

J-Berd Companies is looking for an Assistant Service Coordinator who's ready to be that person: someone who keeps our service team on track, our customers in the loop, and our records maintained from first call to final invoice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching service technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications and needs
- Arrange for necessary repairs and inspections in order to restore service and schedules
- Create invoices and send to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.)
- Assist in supporting the service technicians who perform onsite routine service including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, product failure, and other dispatch information
- Assist in Communicating with companies for warranty products and keep up on refund requests
