• CPM $0.64 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour

• Holiday Pay $290.00 Per Day

• Live Stop $50.00 Per Stop

• Miscellaneous Work $24.00 Per Hour

• New Hire Training $270.000 Per Day

• Off-Account Work $270.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Tarping Pay $75.000 Per Load
