Market Administrator with Construction and Inventory Experience
Overview:
The Market Administrator plays a key role in supporting regional project teams by coordinating administrative, operational, and customer-facing activities for wireless infrastructure builds, upgrades, and maintenance projects. This position supports market-level leadership and project management teams in ensuring efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and consistent client communication across wireless construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track wireless construction projects including tower builds, small cell deployments, and site upgrades.
- Assist project managers with document control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain accurate project records in management systems
- Prepare and submit construction close-out packages (COPs), bid packages, and permit applications.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Support vendor onboarding and ensure required documentation (COIs, safety plans, subcontractor agreements) is collected and maintained.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on project status, financials, and resource tracking.
- Schedule site walks, inspections, and construction meetings, coordinating between crews, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with preparation of RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders as needed.
- Support invoicing and budget tracking processes in coordination with finance teams.
- Provide administrative support for safety documentation, compliance tracking, and quality assurance processes.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field).
- 2 years of experience in construction administration, inventory, and/or project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A MUST.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of close-out documentation requirements
- Experience working with wireless carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and understanding their build processes.
- Basic financial skills for budget tracking and cost analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
