Job Description
This position handles day to day accounting duties without managerial authority. In addition, this position does not supervise others or direct the organizations financial activities. Perform core accounting tasks as assigned by the Controller. Overall financial management of the company; Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements; Responsible for companys accounting including, financial reporting, payroll, account reconciliations, tax filings; Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization; Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization; Responsible for payroll processing and administration and for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all accounting reports and financials, as well as for monthly reconciliations and bookkeeping; Assist in data gathering for all tax filings; Monitor all company expenditures; Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors; Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly; Streamline processes and procedures for improving operational efficiency of finance reporting and budgeting systems. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management and 1 year exp. req.
