About the Role:
Join our Development Team as a proactive Administrative Assistant! You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and organizational efficiency in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate notes
- Act as a liaison between Development, Sales, and Implementation teams
- Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and documentation
- Support client onboarding and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of office administration experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $14–$17/hour (DOE) | Monday–Friday | 100% onsite
