The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across multiple accounts — partnering closely with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to ensure work is clearly scoped, properly resourced, and executed smoothly across channels. You'll help teams navigate challenges, maintain momentum, and deliver strong client outcomes while continuously improving how the agency works.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners, vendors, and freelancers
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and scopes — ensuring financial accountability through ongoing analysis and adjustments
- Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions to maintain momentum
- Provide quality control across all deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and agency standards
Collaboration & Communication
- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment from concept through execution
- Communicate changes in scope, timelines, resources, and costs to stakeholders with clarity and transparency
- Partner with Account teams on scoping, staffing, and overall project health
Process & People
- Drive workflow efficiency by implementing and optimizing project management processes and tools
- Assess resource needs and proactively allocate talent based on expertise, capacity, and priorities
- Mentor junior project management staff, fostering growth and best practices within the team
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support new business efforts including scoping and timeline development
What You’ll Bring
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's in Program Management or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience managing integrated projects within an agency, production, or similar fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience delivering work across multiple channels, including digital, social, experiential, and content production
- Strong understanding of how creative work gets made, with the ability to support teams from brief through final delivery and post-mortem recaps
- Experience partnering with Account teams to support scoping, staffing, and overall project health
Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, workflows, and agency operations
- Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools; experience with AI productivity tools a plus
- Solid financial acumen: building, managing, and reconciling project budgets and tracking burn rates
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proven ability to lead projects independently with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving
- Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools to improve process efficiency and team productivity
- Background in multicultural, cross-cultural, or cross-generational marketing campaigns

- Salary: $88,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience

The Hybrid Work Model
- Work Model: IW Group supports a hybrid work schedule. Teams are required to work in-office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
- Work Environment: This role is based primarily in the IW Group office and may also involve working at client sites or other designated locations.
- Work Hours: Project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Travel and Events: This role may involve working outside the office for client events and may include occasional travel beyond the local area, including national or international locations.
