The Role

Flatiron PM is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Los Angeles, California to lead high-profile luxury retail and hospitality construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and takes pride in delivering an elevated client experience. You will serve as the trusted lead for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors while ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead multiple luxury retail and hospitality projects simultaneously from planning through completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement tracking, and overall project execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and white-glove service
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors to ensure alignment across all project phases
  • Identify project risks early and drive solutions before issues escalate
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress, quality, and brand standards
  • Review proposals, contracts, change orders, and invoices for accuracy and budget alignment
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, organized reporting to clients and internal teams
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and contribute to a collaborative team culture
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the company
What We’re Looking For
  • 7 years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience managing luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Calm, solutions-focused leadership style with strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing precision
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Our Culture

We’re building more than projects. We’re building a team of professionals who care deeply about excellence, accountability, and how people experience working with us.

At Flatiron PM, we value:

  • Organized attention to detail
  • Ownership mentality
  • Clear and honest communication
  • High standards without high ego
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Reliability under pressure
  • Respect for clients, partners, and teammates

We believe luxury is felt in the details: the follow-up email sent before being asked, the issue solved before it becomes a problem, the project delivered with grace under pressure. That mindset defines how we work every day.

Why Join Flatiron PM?
  • Opportunity to work with globally recognized luxury brands
  • High-growth company with entrepreneurial energy
  • Collaborative, supportive, and low-drama culture
  • Exposure to exciting projects across premium retail and hospitality environments
