Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Automation)

🚀 We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Automation) at Project FoodBox

📍 Remote (California-based candidates only)

💰 $120K–$145K bonus benefits

At Project FoodBox, we're building the infrastructure to deliver "food as medicine" at scale across the U.S. We partner with health plans and care networks to deliver medically tailored meals and groceries to people managing chronic conditions—and we’re scaling quickly.

We’re looking for someone to sit at the intersection of operations, systems, and data to help us scale our systems and operations.

What you’ll do:

• Design and improve workflows across core systems (CRM, ERP, contact center, analytics)

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Improve data quality, reporting, and system integrations across core platforms

• Identify and implement automation (low-code, workflows, AI tools)

• Own projects end-to-end (requirements → rollout) 

What we’re looking for:

• 6 years in Business Systems / Technical BA / similar roles

• Strong SQL and experience working with APIs, integrations, or ETL tools

• Proven track record improving processes in fast-moving environments

• Ability to operate with high ownership and ambiguity

Nice to have:

• Healthcare / health tech experience

• Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Zapier, etc.

• Background in automation or AI-driven workflows
