Client Service Representative – Be the Heart of Our Hospital
Location: Molalla River Veterinary Center – Molalla, Oregon

At Molalla River Veterinary Center, we’re a small, privately owned hospital that believes in providing compassionate, high-quality care in a calm, low-stress environment. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together to make each client and patient feel cared for.
We’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming voice and face of our practice — someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism — both in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage our Daysmart Veterinary software
- Assist with check-ins, payments, and patient updates
- Support our medical team by keeping communication and workflow running smoothly
- Help maintain an organized, calm environment — even when things get busy!
About You
- You genuinely enjoy helping people and their pets
- You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
- You’re comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude!
