This is a hands-on clinical role at the heart of our IV therapy operations — you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality IV infusion therapy and injectable wellness services to our clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.You will split your time between managing the front desk and assisting the supervising RN with client preparation, health screenings, and treatment setup — ensuring every client has a seamless, safe, and memorable experience from the moment they walk in. What You’ll Love About This RoleDay shifts only — no night shiftsPart-time and full-time options available — flexible to fit your lifeSpa-like, upbeat clinic environmentA fun, close-knit team that genuinely supports each otherOpportunity to grow with a fast-expanding wellness brandKey ResponsibilitiesWork under the supervision of the Registered NurseHang pre-mixed IV bags and hydrating fluids per treatment protocolStart peripheral IV lines using strong venous access technique and excellent catheter placement skillsInspect IV insertion sites, change dressings, and remove peripheral IV needles and catheters as neededCalculate and adjust IV flow rates to ensure safe, accurate delivery throughout each treatmentAdminister IV therapy and run fluid therapy for the complete intravenous processCheck blood products in conjunction with a Registered Nurse per clinic protocolMonitor each client’s response to treatment throughout the session and post-infusionIdentify contraindications to IV therapy for each client prior to treatment initiationAssess the client’s physical health, including vital signs, physical assessment, and mental statusManage and prevent infections through strict adherence to sterile technique and clinic protocolsOnboard new clients: intake forms, health history, consent forms, and a quick orientation to the clinicEducate clients on IV Nutrition’s services — drips, injections, blood testing — including benefits and which options best match their wellness goalsConduct clinic tours and present membership and service packages to new and returning clientsManage the full appointment calendar: booking, confirming, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up outreachAnswer all calls, texts, and voicemails promptly and professionallyProcess payments, settle accounts, and manage the cash drawer accurately each shiftConduct pre-treatment client health screenings: assess vital signs, physical status, and overall pre-service readinessSupport specimen collection and handling for on-site wellness testing panels, per your certification and clinic protocolsQualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, unencumbered California LVN license requiredIV therapy certification required (in addition to LVN licensure)Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a clinical setting with IV therapy experience requiredVascular access or infusion experience strongly preferredExcellent IV catheter placement skills with a high first-attempt success rateExperience in a med spa, infusion clinic, concierge wellness center, or outpatient setting is a strong plusWe Train You — You Bring the EnergyNo IV therapy experience?
