About The Role

We are seeking a high-output Marketing Graphic Designer to support a rapidly growing national franchise system.

This role is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand marketing materials across all channels while maintaining consistency, speed, and creative excellence.

You will work directly with the CMO and Marketing Director while supporting franchisees across the country.

What You’ll Do

High-Volume Graphic Design Production

• Social media graphics
• Email and SMS campaign assets
• In-clinic materials (menus, brochures, signage, window decals)
• Event materials (banners, tents, flyers)
• Franchise development materials (broker decks, sales assets)
• Website and digital assets
  
  

Franchisee Marketing Support

• Manage incoming requests through a structured ticketing system
• Deliver both custom and templated designs in a timely manner
• Communicate directly with franchisees
  
  

Brand Consistency & Enforcement

• Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards
• Review and approve franchisee-submitted content
• Prevent off-brand designs and messaging
  
  

Template & Asset Library Management

• Build reusable templates
• Organize the asset library
• Reduce repetitive requests
  
  

Campaign Support

• Support campaigns and promotions
• Ensure consistency across locations
  
  

Vendor & Production Coordination

• Work with vendors
• Ensure production accuracy
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of design experience
• Strong portfolio
• Print and digital experience
• High-volume capability
• Attention to detail
  
  

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
