Graphic Designer

Overview
TicketSmarter is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content that promotes live events across concerts, sports, and theater. You’ll play a key role in bringing the TicketSmarter brand to life across digital and print channels, supporting marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional initiatives. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity, speed, and consistency are essential to driving engagement and ticket sales.

Duties

• Create engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Deliver high-quality design assets while meeting project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Edit and optimize graphics and short-form video content for social platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaign goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work
• High attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace or Dropbox

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
