ITW Contamination Control Electronics is seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our team and strengthen our internal IT capabilities. This role is critical in providing day-to-day technical support, ensuring smooth operations during IT Manager absences, and assisting with enterprise initiatives. ITW CCE is a chemical manufacturing facility and this role will help support 50-100 employees locally and our remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line help desk support for employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments
- Assist with ERP migration and other enterprise projects
- Ensure coverage during IT Manager absences
- Document and improve IT processes
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in IT preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365
- Previous help desk or technical support experience (internships or school labs acceptable)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Independent worker who knows when to seek guidance
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve IT processes
