The Corporate Campus Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the security, repair, and maintenance of the corporate facility and assisting with managing the idle facility portfolio. Also responsible for planning and managing capital projects, preparing annual budget, and tracking expenses.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Prepare operating budgets and capital plans for the corporate facility. Tracks expenses for the facilities function.
• Plan and manage all capital projects and office moves. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Oversees maintenance for the corporate campus, which includes hiring and managing the vendors for landscaping/snow removal, security, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Prepare space plans for the corporate office.
• Assists with the management and disposal of the domestic idle facilities.
• Manage the engineering staff for the corporate campus.
  
  

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field such as Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent years of experience.
• 7 years of experience in building maintenance at facilities larger than 200,000 square feet.
• 3 years of experience managing a team of internal and external resources to complete tasks.
• Ability to work 5 days a week onsite at the Glenview corporate campus, with flexibility on hours.
• Operational understanding of building construction, grounds, environmental maintenance, and repair operations.
• Operational understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, maintenance, and repairs.
• Advanced knowledge of facility budgeting, contract administration, space planning/office moves, and furniture/flooring systems.
• Can read and understand CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work some Saturdays (10%-20%).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel if needed.
  
  

Compensation Information

The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125k- $145k annually. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
