Itty Bitty Kinetics Therapy Group (IBK) is a faith-rooted, family-centered, multidisciplinary early intervention practice serving infants and young children across Greater Los Angeles.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a PT who is passionate about early motor development, confident working with infants and toddlers, and values collaboration with families and fellow clinicians.

You will play a key role in supporting children with:

• Gross motor delays
• Torticollis & plagiocephaly
• Hypotonia / hypertonia
• Motor planning and mobility challenges

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clinical Care

• Conduct PT evaluations and re-evaluations
• Provide play-based, child-led physical therapy for infants and young children (0–5)
• Address gross motor skills, postural control, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Deliver services in home, clinic, and community settings

Parent Coaching

• Educate caregivers on positioning, handling, and home programs
• Collaborate with families as active partners in care
• Support carryover into daily routines

Collaboration & Professionalism

• Work closely with OT, SLP, and Child Development Specialists
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EMR
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing trainings

WHO YOU ARE

Required

• Active California Physical Therapy license (in good standing)
• Pediatric or early intervention experience (or strong interest)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, organized, and professional

Preferred

• Experience with infants & toddlers
• Comfort working in natural environments
• Experience with torticollis, hypotonia, or medically complex infants
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus, not required)
