THE ROLE
We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a PT who is passionate about early motor development, confident working with infants and toddlers, and values collaboration with families and fellow clinicians.
You will play a key role in supporting children with:
- Gross motor delays
- Torticollis & plagiocephaly
- Hypotonia / hypertonia
- Motor planning and mobility challenges
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clinical Care
- Conduct PT evaluations and re-evaluations
- Provide play-based, child-led physical therapy for infants and young children (0–5)
- Address gross motor skills, postural control, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Deliver services in home, clinic, and community settings
Parent Coaching
- Educate caregivers on positioning, handling, and home programs
- Collaborate with families as active partners in care
- Support carryover into daily routines
Collaboration & Professionalism
- Work closely with OT, SLP, and Child Development Specialists
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EMR
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing trainings
WHO YOU ARE
Required
- Active California Physical Therapy license (in good standing)
- Pediatric or early intervention experience (or strong interest)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
Preferred
- Experience with infants & toddlers
- Comfort working in natural environments
- Experience with torticollis, hypotonia, or medically complex infants
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus, not required)
