POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist passionate about early intervention, parent coaching, and collaborative care. This role is ideal for an OT who values clinical excellence, thoughtful systems, and meaningful work with families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct OT evaluations and re-evaluations
- Provide play-based, child-led OT services for children ages 0–5
- Address sensory processing, motor development, feeding, and self-help skills
- Deliver services in home, clinic, and community settings
- Provide parent/caregiver coaching and education
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, and CDS team members
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Active California OT license (in good standing)
- Pediatric or early intervention experience (or strong interest)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized
Preferred
- Feeding therapy experience
- Sensory integration or motor-based training
- Experience in natural environments (EI)
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus, not required)
