ITSM Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Technology Field Technician for a contract position located on-site in Newark, NJ. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, performing printer support tasks, diagnosing and resolving troubleshooting issues, and executing computer repair services. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and devices.

• Technical proficiency in providing support for desktop computers, including hardware and software setup and maintenance.
• Skills and experience in printer support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of printing devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer repair, including hardware replacements, upgrades, and resolving performance issues.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and effectively manage time to address client needs.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to providing technical services.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Previous experience in IT field services or a related technical role is preferred.
