This on-site role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing repairs. The technician will work directly with desktop computers, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. Additionally, the technician will assist in resolving IT concerns, maintaining systems, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge and hands-on skills with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Experience in Computer Repair and maintaining hardware components
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to manage on-site responsibilities effectively and handle multiple technical tasks
- Relevant certifications in IT or Networking (e.g., CompTIA, A , Network ) are a plus (not at all required, self taught is just fine, as long as you know the tech and can do the job, I don't care what a piece of paper says)
- Prior experience in IT support roles is strongly preferred. Level 1 help desk techs transitioning to level 2 and want to get out in the world and have some fun installing networks, setting up servers, chasing network issues, oh and you still have to reset user passwords!
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
