Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Transformation Officer will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational performance and embedding a high-performance culture across the organisation.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for delivering transformational change across the business. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will align strategic priorities with execution, ensuring transformation initiatives deliver measurable operational and financial impact. You will establish governance, accountability and performance management processes while partnering with leaders across the organisation to accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across operational, commercial and strategic workstreams.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, KPIs and operating rhythms to drive accountability and execution.
- Remove barriers to delivery through cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
- Personally lead high-priority initiatives where additional leadership and execution are required.
- Partner closely with business leaders to accelerate operational improvement across multiple global locations.
- Drive transparency through structured reporting, milestone tracking and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Support organisational change by embedding high-performance behaviours throughout the business.
- Work alongside internal teams and external advisors to ensure transformation objectives are delivered on time and to plan.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for an experienced transformation executive with a proven track record of delivering complex business change within industrial or manufacturing environments.
You will bring:
- Extensive enterprise transformation leadership experience.
- Success leading operational improvement, cost optimisation and business performance initiatives.
- Experience driving commercial transformation, growth initiatives, M&A integration or strategic programmes.
- Strong manufacturing or industrial sector experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership teams.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem solving supported by strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to build governance frameworks, performance metrics and execution disciplines.
- Outstanding communication and executive presence.
- A hands-on leadership style with a bias towards action and delivery.

Salary : $300,000 - $350,000
