Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Time & Attendance (UKG)

Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise‑scale Time & Attendance (T&A) implementations as part of its ongoing workforce systems transformation. This role will own end‑to‑end delivery of T&A initiatives, with a strong preference for candidates who have led implementations of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
The Senior PM will serve as the primary delivery lead, coordinating across HR, Payroll, IT, integration partners, and vendors to ensure accurate time capture, compliance, payroll readiness, and scalable workforce operations in a complex, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for enterprise Time & Attendance system implementations.
- Drive implementation and rollout of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro WFM, including planning, execution, testing, and stabilization.
- Coordinate work across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring alignment to business requirements and payroll cycles.
- Manage integrations between T&A systems and downstream platforms, including:
- Payroll systems
- HRIS / HCM platforms
- Reporting and compliance tools
- Own all core project execution artifacts, including:
- Integrated project plans and milestones
- RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Executive and program‑level status reporting
- Lead governance forums, including working sessions, steering meetings, and executive reviews.
- Ensure solutions meet Client's compliance standards, labor regulations, and audit requirements across regions.
- Support change management, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization (hypercare).
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of Project Management experience delivering large, integrated enterprise systems.
- Proven hands‑on experience leading Time & Attendance (T&A) implementations.
- Strong experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Demonstrated success managing payroll‑adjacent systems and time‑sensitive workforce processes.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
- Strong executive‑level communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or multi‑region workforce populations.
- Familiarity with labor compliance, timekeeping rules, and union/non‑union environments.
- Prior experience on enterprise HR or workforce transformation programs.
- Background working with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP‑adjacent integrations tied to payroll and finance.
