Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support Oracle boundary applications and finance systems. This role will coordinate with vendors, the EDI team, and internal stakeholders to ensure connectivity, testing, and deployment of applications within cloned financial environments. The PM will also manage a small portfolio of standalone finance applications and ensure alignment with overall program timelines. This position requires strong stakeholder management, coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects involving Oracle boundary applications and related finance systems
- Coordinate with vendors and EDI team to ensure connectivity with cloned financial environments
- Work closely with internal integration lead for system interfaces and dependencies
- Oversee testing activities including integration, connectivity, and UAT for finance applications
- Manage deployment of new environments for standalone finance applications
- Ensure application readiness aligns with overall program timelines
- Track dependencies across Oracle financial systems, EDI, and third-party vendors
- Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify risks related to integrations, environment readiness, and testing timelines
- Drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communication plans
- Coordinate cutover activities and environment transition planning
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Project Management experience
- Experience supporting Oracle Financials or Oracle boundary applications
- Strong experience coordinating with EDI teams and external vendors
- Experience managing system integrations and environment cloning/testing
- Ability to manage multiple applications and concurrent timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with UAT, integration testing, and environment coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle EBS / Oracle Finance applications
- Background in Finance systems or ERP implementations
- Experience managing standalone finance tools integrated with Oracle
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred
